The role involves rotating jobs within the line with cross-training provided, inspecting finished products for quality, and preparing materials for shipping. You will support a safe and organized production floor while enjoying a less crowded, more focused work environment.

This shift offers a starting rate of $19/hour plus a $2 shift differential, along with weekly pay and full-time hours. Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Friday: Overtime as needed based on production.
Hiring Process
Walk-in interviews are held every Tuesday with no appointment needed. Candidates can come in anytime between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at 10250 Philipp Parkway, Streetsboro, OH. Please look for the "SoftLite" sign by the road.
