About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Production Team member to join our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production line, responsible for preparing, cooking, depositing, and spreading gummy products according to strict specifications. Your day will involve monitoring product quality, managing weights, and performing in-process checks to ensure every unit meets our high standards.
You will operate, set up, and clean production equipment while maintaining accurate batch records and production documentation. Effective communication is key, as you will coordinate during shift handoffs and escalate issues promptly. This position requires a hands-on approach in a quality-driven environment where you will follow SOPs and GMP/cGMP guidelines to drive our production KPIs.

Requirements
