About the Role

As a Product Support Analyst, you will join our product team to support DCI projects and products directly. This role exists to bridge the gap between our complex software solutions and the public safety professionals who rely on them. You will have the opportunity to work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure our products meet user needs and contractual obligations.

In this position, you will lead by example through attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving. We believe our product team should be one step ahead, proactively knowing the right questions to ask and acting in the best interest of our clients. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can translate technical concepts into plain language, manage customer relationships, and drive process improvements that enhance the user experience.
