About the Role

As an InfoSec Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business needs and technical execution within a hybrid environment in Vienna, VA. This role is designed to drive the full lifecycle of complex information security initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will apply Agile project management best practices within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to guide projects from inception through implementation. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with business partners and vendors to define requirements, resolve risks, and manage dependencies. You will lead project teams, develop comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, and cost, and ensure all documentation meets established standards. A key part of your mission is to foster intellectual agility, allowing you to adapt quickly as strategic directions shift or business requirements evolve.

In this position, you will also act as a facilitator for agile teams, potentially supporting backlog requirements and leading Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. You will be responsible for communicating project status, changes, and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
