The Decking Specialist is a customer-facing sales and marketing role dedicated to profitably generating new business for Weyerhaeuser Distribution in the Pacific Northwest. The primary mission of this position is to increase the attachment of AZEK Railing and Trim products within the region.
You will serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for both peers and customers, driving the development and execution of local strategies that align with distribution and manufacturer goals. Your day-to-day involves utilizing solutions selling and product training to support dealer stocking, program opportunities, and the design process. You will act as the bridge between the vendor and the market, handling product knowledge training, troubleshooting dealer issues, and providing samples and literature support. Additionally, you will analyze sales trends and lead program discussions and presentations to maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing customers.
Due to the safety-sensitive designation of this position, all candidates will be subject to pre-employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.
