The Product Compliance Specialist serves as a critical bridge between product development, quality, sales, sourcing, and manufacturing teams. This position is dedicated to ensuring that all bedding and related consumer products meet rigorous customer expectations, regulatory mandates, and internal compliance standards. The role exists to mitigate risk and maintain product integrity throughout the lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final market delivery.
In this position, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to navigate the complex landscape of product testing, regulatory compliance, and certification management. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with third-party laboratories to execute necessary tests, reviewing product claims and packaging for accuracy, and managing the documentation required for audits and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be the guardian of compliance records, ensuring that flammability standards, labeling requirements, and retailer-specific programs are consistently met.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical knowledge and collaborative fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and experience, followed by a deeper dive into specific compliance scenarios and regulatory challenges relevant to the bedding industry. Final rounds may involve discussions with cross-functional team members to evaluate alignment with our quality culture and project coordination capabilities.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status. Our culture thrives on varied perspectives, and we encourage individuals from all walks of life to apply.
