About the Role
The Product Manager – Global Systems Effectiveness acts as the strategic liaison between Global Seed Operations business priorities and IT development teams. This role is designed to champion business strategies across key areas including Field Tools, Grower Compensation, Supply Chain, Warehouse/Logistics, and Reporting.
In this position, you will gather insights from global subject matter experts ranging from front-line employees to senior leadership to define end-user needs. You will serve as the steward for GSO funding, facilitating the execution and prioritization of capital and non-capital product requests. Your work ensures that IT solutions effectively meet the informational and data requirements of the organization while resolving conflicting requests to prevent regional duplication of systems.

Requirements
