Meta Product Managers serve as the primary drivers for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities within large product areas. In this capacity, you will lead AI transformation at scale, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into compelling, differentiated product visions that define market categories. This role is designed for extremely effective leaders who value moving quickly and can execute product initiatives with limited oversight.
You will partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build products that align with Meta's mission. The position requires a unique blend of strategic foresight and technical execution, where you will critically evaluate when AI is the optimal solution and champion AI-native strategies that enable org-wide continuous improvement. Your work will involve reimagining workflows to transform team velocity and capability, ensuring that AI best practices and responsible AI use are scaled across the organization so that capability compounds exponentially.
Day-to-day, you will orchestrate complex execution across multiple organizations by combining AI automation with strategic human oversight. You will interpret research and state-of-the-art learnings to design product strategy, applying rigorous logical reasoning at the frontier. This includes defining and running evaluations to interpret model outputs at scale, establishing evaluation as a strategic capability for AI-powered experiences. You will also foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning, using sophisticated experiments to drive strategic product decisions and maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.

Experience building 0-1 AI-native products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces. Experience in a consumer-focused technology company. Track record of scaling AI best practices across organizations. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements). Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews). Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
