Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport Member platform architecture and integration decisions across enrollment and member data systems
- check_circleAssist in defining integration approaches for enrollment, ID Cards, and member data systems
- check_circleSupport modernization projects including API design, cloud adoption, and data interoperability
- check_circleTranslate business requirements into technical strategies and roadmaps for technology initiatives
- check_circleManage and develop a team of technology professionals to foster innovation and accountability
- check_circleSupport controls for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across systems
- check_circleManage and lead technology teams to ensure effective delivery execution aligned with proforma targets
- check_circleAssist with budget planning, financial modeling, and tracking for technology investments
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field
- verified3+ years of progressive IT experience
- verified2+ years of formal leadership experience
