We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our growing team in Tracy, CA. In this full-time role, you will lead the end-to-end development of new and existing products, guiding them from initial concept through prototyping, validation, and full-scale production. You will ensure that every product is innovative, manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
This position is central to our operational success, requiring you to partner closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, and cross-functional teams. You will drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles, oversee production readiness, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. As a key member of the team, you will also mentor technical staff and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
