About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through dynamic in-store demonstrations of both food and non-food products. The Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages consumer interaction, effectively communicating product features and benefits to drive interest and sales.
The role involves a hands-on approach to product presentation, including the preparation and serving of food samples using various small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, and coffee makers. Beyond the demonstration itself, the Associate ensures the workstation remains clean, sterile, and safe, managing all necessary equipment and supplies. Success in this role requires building strong rapport with store personnel to align with company and client objectives while maintaining a professional appearance that reflects the brand's standards.
While the role is designed for a part-time schedule of up to 25 hours per week, flexibility is maintained to accommodate the evolving needs of the business and specific client requirements.
