About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through live food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate acts as a knowledgeable ambassador, intercepting consumers to share product features and benefits in a professional, positive manner. The role is designed to drive product awareness and sales by creating interactive experiences that connect customers with the brand.
Day in the Life
Your day involves preparing and executing product demonstrations using various small appliances, including microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers. You will be responsible for setting up event tables, preparing food samples, and maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using appropriate cleaning chemicals. Beyond the demonstration itself, you will build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives, assist with client visits, and complete necessary audits and expense reports.
Work Schedule
This role is structured as a part-time position, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week. However, hours may fluctuate based on the specific needs of the business or the client.

Candidates must be proficient in navigating personal computers and mobile devices to access internal systems, view documents, and submit online requirements on the same day as event execution. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms is required.
