This position serves as the face of our brand within the retail environment, focusing on engaging shoppers through dynamic in-store demonstrations of both food and non-food products. The Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere where consumers can experience product features firsthand, turning casual browsers into loyal customers.
The role exists to bridge the gap between product innovation and the consumer, ensuring that every interaction is professional, informative, and memorable. You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador, intercepting shoppers to share the unique benefits of our offerings while maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Your day begins with preparing the demonstration station, setting up event tables, and ensuring all equipment—from microwaves and fryers to coffee makers—is ready for use. You will actively engage with customers, demonstrating products in a positive and interactive manner while preparing and serving food samples. Beyond the demo, you will maintain a sterile and safe workspace, manage inventory supplies, and build strong rapport with store personnel to meet shared objectives.
Administrative duties include completing expense reports, submitting online requirements immediately after events, and assisting with client visit preparations. While the role is designed for a flexible schedule of up to 25 hours per week, hours may fluctuate based on business and client needs.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Proficiency with personal computers, mobile devices, and standard software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PDF) is required. A local food handler's permit may be necessary depending on the location. Bilingual skills are a plus based on business necessity.
We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
