This hybrid Product Data Engineering Manager position is based in the Nashville, TN Metropolitan area. You will serve as the technical reference connecting Electrical Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Digital tools, and Data to deliver scalable, customer-ready, and industrialized Medium Voltage (MV) solutions.
This is not a pure data or IT role; it requires a solid background in electrical distribution engineering combined with strong cross-functional leadership. You will own the technical, structural, and digital definition of MV electrical distribution offers. Your mission is to define and update the structuration and required digital footprint of the offer for customers—including end-users, specifiers, contractors, and panel builders—throughout their entire journey from selection and design to building, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
You will be accountable for the accuracy, relevance, and quality of the data for the product families you own. This includes ensuring offer configuration rules are available for licensed partners and plants, and maintaining consistent data availability across web platforms and internal software. You will act as the reference authority for MV offer configuration and engineering rules, leading cross-functional alignment to enable business growth, cross-selling, and the adoption of connected products.
To be considered for this position, you must submit an online application. This role will remain posted until filled. We look forward to learning about your experience and how you can contribute to our mission.
