What You'll Experience
In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools and resources. You will leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and product quality. As an owner of the area, you will guide peers, eliminate waste, and ensure quality and date control standards are met. You will also serve as a Talent Ambassador, advocating for the department and modeling high-quality service with energy and commitment.
