Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate and manage part numbers in the ERP system
- check_circlePrepare and enter internal and external purchase orders
- check_circleTrack purchase order status with vendors and freight forwarders
- check_circleProcess drop ship invoices and enter transfer orders
- check_circleGenerate reports for management and assist with department training
- check_circleMonitor inventory levels daily and adjust based on demand changes
- check_circleNegotiate with manufacturers to achieve better product costs
- check_circleSchedule air and ocean shipments to minimize freight costs
Requirements
