The Procurement Manager serves as a strategic partner to field operations, leading the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a client account. This highly visible, client-facing role is designed to drive cost optimization, ensure supplier performance, and support business development through effective sourcing strategies and contract administration.
You will act as the bridge between internal teams, external suppliers, and client stakeholders. Your day involves navigating complex vendor transitions, leading negotiations, and utilizing data analytics to forecast resource needs and identify value-creation opportunities. Beyond transactional management, you will mentor direct reports, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure cohesive implementation of procurement programs.
As part of Cushman & Wakefield, you will contribute to a global platform dedicated to operational excellence and revenue generation. This role supports the broader mission of aligning account-specific sourcing activities with enterprise category strategies, ensuring that preferred and diverse supplier programs are leveraged to meet key client objectives.
