About the Role
As a Global Category Leader, you will define and execute global category strategies for HR, Marketing, and Legal services. This role is pivotal in transforming Indirect Procurement from a transactional function into a digitally enabled, industry-leading strategic capability. You will combine category leadership with transformation ownership, driving governance, value creation, digital adoption, and advanced ways of working across the global organization.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Marketing, Legal, and executive leadership. Your day-to-day involves shaping demand through influence on scope, delivery models, and commercial structures, while supporting major enterprise initiatives with strong commercial governance. You will lead complex global sourcing initiatives, build strategic supplier ecosystems, and direct the digital enablement of consulting and financial services procurement to enhance spend visibility and data-driven decision-making.
