About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Process & Change Analyst to serve as a strategic partner in our global procurement transformation initiatives. This role is critical for aligning our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) workflows with modern operational standards. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and system capabilities, ensuring our procurement operations on platforms like Coupa and Ariba drive efficiency and compliance.
In this position, you will not only assess current processes and identify gaps but also actively drive user adoption across global teams. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to pinpoint operational pain points, designing future-state process alignments, and managing the human side of change through targeted communications and training. From deployment planning to post-go-live stabilization, you will be the catalyst for turning transformation strategies into tangible, adopted realities.
