About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Production Processing Department. In this role, you will perform essential tasks with minimal supervision, including sanitizing utensils and equipment, measuring and blending menstruum, mixing simple formulas, and executing filtering procedures. You will monitor kettle processes and operate machinery while ensuring the Documentation and Processing team achieves efficiency and quality goals.
You will maintain a visitor-ready work environment, keeping the department area organized, safe, and clean. This position requires you to understand and routinely adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while actively participating in their development and improvement. You will collaborate with Lab Technicians and the Production Manager to enhance operations and team performance, verifying and staging materials for efficient departmental operations. Additionally, you will inspect and perform quality documentation on production records and promptly notify peers or management of any concerns regarding nonconforming products or environments.
