About the Role
This is a 3rd Shift Supervisor position within a family-oriented company. The role focuses on leading, coaching, and training a team to optimize production performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. As a leader, you will be responsible for scheduling, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of professional development and positive leadership.
Physical Environment
The position involves working in a dynamic production environment. Employees may be exposed to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, carbon dioxide, and moving production lines. The workspace can be damp, wet, and cold, and may involve exposure to live and/or raw animal odors. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs is required.

Requirements

- verifiedGeneral knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP
