INEOS O&P Chocolate Bayou Works seeks Process Technicians to join our team at our location in Alvin, TX. This role is critical to the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of our facilities. You will operate equipment within production systems, monitor performance, and obtain routine product samples. Additionally, you will carry out cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work in the processing units.
Safety is our highest priority. As a Process Technician, you will be expected to maintain strict adherence to all INEOS safety policies and procedures. You will promote the "20 Principles of Safety," ensuring personnel are aware of safe working practices and championing concepts like "Coaching for Safety" and "Stop Work." You will actively promote safety through communication before job tasks, during meetings, and whenever opportunities arise, while ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulatory requirements.
