You will be responsible for strengthening the Engineering & Construction (E&C) organization's operational excellence in this cross-functional specialist role. The position establishes and maintains project delivery processes, supports global QA/QC programs for owner-supplied major equipment manufacturing, and serves as the primary interface between the U.S. E&C team and Repsol's Technical Optimization Team in Madrid.
In this role, you will ensure that E&C teams deliver projects efficiently, consistently, and safely, while aligning with Repsol's global technical standards and continuous improvement objectives. You will act as a bridge between local execution needs and global technical strategies, driving the adoption of engineering standards and design optimizations across North American projects.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
