We are seeking a hands-on Semiconductor Process Integrator to bridge the gap between process development and fabrication execution within an early-stage R&D environment. This is not a pure Process Engineer role, nor a traditional Process Technician position; instead, it is a unique hybrid designed for someone who thrives on flexibility, problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
In this role, you will operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment while working closely with engineers and researchers to optimize process parameters and improve device performance. You will support the full lifecycle of device fabrication, including deposition, etch, lithography, and characterization, while collecting and analyzing data to drive prototype development. The successful candidate will contribute to process optimization and troubleshooting in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting where priorities may evolve rapidly.
This is an initial 3-6 month engagement with the potential for extension based on project needs. The ideal background includes experience in semiconductor startups, university cleanrooms, national laboratories, or pilot-line fabrication environments.
Work model: On-site
