Are you seeking an opportunity to work with semiconductor manufacturing equipment? As a Field Service Engineer Lead, you will provide critical customer support for onsite installations, repairs, and maintenance of photolithography semiconductor equipment, primarily in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a technical lead, where you will supervise field service engineers, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure customer equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
This is an exciting opportunity to be on the cutting edge of technology and join a dedicated team enabling new technology to improve processes in a pre-production environment. You will work directly with customers to formulate and implement strategies that minimize equipment downtime, while also participating in equipment installations to ensure proper operation. The role requires you to feel comfortable working in a cleanroom environment most of the day, wearing full cleanroom suits, facemasks, gloves, and safety glasses.
Please note that this role requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. Additionally, the position may require up to 25% travel by car, air, and overnight stays, necessitating a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record in compliance with company safety guidelines.
