About the Role

This Process Engineering position within the BAMG Des Moines business unit focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised processes. As an Experienced Professional, you will apply practical knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. You will work independently with general supervision, influencing others within the job area through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices. The role addresses difficult, though typically not complex, problems faced in the field.
