About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with Providence at Home with Compassus, you will serve as a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality care directly in the home setting. This role exists to ensure clients receive comprehensive therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning that restores function, relieves pain, and prevents disability.

You will work independently with clients and their families, establishing therapeutic relationships and adapting to frequent changes in work environments and patient populations. Your day involves collaborating with physicians and other team members to coordinate care, while also supervising physical therapy assistants and aides. You will be responsible for orienting staff and students, ensuring that every interaction upholds the highest standards of quality care and regulatory compliance.
