About the Role

As a PRN Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you will join a mission to restore independence and improve the lives of patients by providing individualized care. Supported by well-defined processes and a strong partnership with your team and supervising Physical Therapists, you will deliver high-quality care with confidence and impact. Your passion for creating positive patient interactions will be valued as you work to help patients regain mobility and function.

In this role, you will focus on delivering therapeutic exercises and functional training, applying physical therapy techniques to reduce pain, and monitoring patient progress. You will also teach patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs. This position offers scheduling flexibility and access to resources like educational assistance and clear paths for growth, allowing you to make a tangible difference in your community.
