About the Role
We are looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. As an InstaSwim instructor, you set the schedule and choose the clients you work with. You will create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style, assessing skills and monitoring progress to adapt lessons to meet specific needs. Your primary focus is to provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience while ensuring the safety of the student at all times.
