About the Role
As a private swim instructor with InstaSwim, you will teach swim lessons in clients' private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. This role is designed for professionals who value autonomy; you set the schedule and choose which clients to work with. You will create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style, ensuring a fun, tracked, and safe learning experience. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you will assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
