About the Role

The Portfolio Management - Valuations and Analytics team is seeking an Associate to support Blackstone's Private Equity Strategies. This role serves as a critical analytical hub, focusing on the preparation, evaluation, analysis, and summarization of portfolio investment valuation results. Beyond core valuation duties, the team handles a variety of ad hoc and recurring analyses essential for portfolio monitoring and reporting.

In this position, you will drive the onboarding process for new portfolio investments, ensuring robust data collection procedures are established. You will act as a bridge between the valuation team and various internal and external stakeholders, including deal professionals, Institutional Client Services, Portfolio Operations, and external auditors. The role requires managing the creation of presentation materials to effectively communicate valuation results to internal committees, limited partners, and the wider Blackstone organization. You will also be responsible for driving enhancements to valuation processes, procedures, and technology, while maintaining productive relationships across the firm's finance and operations teams.
