About the Role
We are looking for a Management Accountant to play a crucial role in driving Lovehoney Group's high-level performance. In close partnership with the Group Finance Manager, you will focus on enhancing our financial reporting and compliance, ensuring our continued growth and success. This position offers the opportunity to lead business partnering with stakeholders outside of finance, helping to understand the 'story behind the numbers' and enhancing relationships with the wider business.
Work Model & Office Expectations
Lovehoney Group operates a hybrid work model supporting a blend of in-office and remote work, typically with 3 days per week in-office. However, please note that this specific role requires a willingness to work from the office four days per week during key periods such as month-end and audits.

Requirements
- verifiedProven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
- verifiedSolid background in financial reporting (IFRS)
