About the Role

You will oversee analysts and associates on client coverage, origination, and transaction execution teams, ensuring the highest standards of execution and client service.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport origination of investment banking transaction mandates for middle market and emerging growth clients
- check_circleDraft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, and other transaction documents
- check_circleAttend and oversee client meetings with prospective buyers in sell-side M&A processes
- check_circleAssist in preparation of fairness opinions and provide industry expertise on comparable companies
- check_circleAssist in preparation of marketing materials and registration documents for capital markets transactions
- check_circleReview financial models and lead due diligence sessions
- check_circleOversee analysts and associates on client coverage, origination, and transaction execution teams
- check_circlePrepare marketing and deal origination materials with updates on macroeconomic and market environments
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
- verified7 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance occupation
- verified7 years of experience executing investment banking transactions in M&A and capital markets
- verified7 years of experience preparing financial analysis and valuation including LBO modeling, DCF, and comparable company analysis
- verified7 years of experience reviewing financial, commercial, legal, and taxation due diligence findings
- verified7 years of experience preparing marketing and deal origination materials
- verified7 years of experience researching, peer benchmarking, and developing strategic ideas
- verified7 years of experience preparing board materials, CIMs, company teasers, and management presentations
- verified7 years of experience reviewing transaction documentation including share purchase agreements and offer memorandums
- verified2 years of Finance experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- verified15% domestic travel required
