The Privacy Compliance Analyst role sits within the Lennar Technology Group, specifically on the Controls & Compliance Team under the Privacy IT Senior Manager. This team is essential to maintaining the trust of our executive stakeholders and consumers by implementing a data protection framework by design and default.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleStay informed on privacy regulations like CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and UCPA
- check_circleProcess Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) to ensure compliance and provide training
- check_circlePrepare monthly and yearly DSAR reports and maintain response templates
- check_circleCollaborate with marketing teams on privacy requests, consent mechanisms, and opt-out options
- check_circleConduct data protection impact assessments and review risk assessments for applications and vendors
- check_circleMonitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices
- check_circleAssist in product integration and enhance business value where necessary
- check_circleAdvise internal teams on privacy regulations and best practices to mitigate risks
- check_circleAnalyze consumer communication preferences and trends to guide privacy strategies
- check_circleMaintain the Privacy Department's Risk Register and documentation of compliance activities
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in privacy, information management, or related field
- verifiedStrong knowledge of global privacy regulations (CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA)
- verifiedUnderstanding of encryption mechanisms (data at rest and transit)
- verifiedFamiliarity with data protection impact assessments and data mapping
- verifiedAdditional certifications in data protection and privacy preferred
