The Naval Training Computing Systems (NTCS) team at the Naval Reactors Facility in Charleston, SC, is seeking a motivated technical professional to join our mission. The NTCS team designs, builds, and operates specialized training computer networks for the U.S. Nuclear Navy, ensuring cybersecurity and reliable system operation for the Sailors who operate our nation's submarines and aircraft carriers.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the integrity of our training infrastructure. You will partner with Navy personnel, other directorates, and vendors to provide innovative IT solutions and lead technical efforts for the Nuclear Reactor (NR) program. Your day-to-day work will involve managing network device configurations, administering Windows and Linux environments, and developing in-house software tools to support our cybersecurity initiatives.
