About the Role

We are hiring a Principal Software/Data Engineer to work in Laurel, MD, with the position location subject to change based on central MD client needs. As a member of our team, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. You will review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results, utilizing software development and design methodologies appropriate to the environment.

In this role, you will provide specific input to the software components of system design, including the strategic use of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) solutions in place of new development. You will also develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, conferring with users or system engineers, analyzing usage and work processes, and investigating problem areas. This position requires a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a polygraph.
