We are building the next generation of PepsiCo's mobile applications, designed to power our business operations and deliver modern digital capabilities directly to our frontline employees. Our platform group is dedicated to evolving how our workforce interacts with technology, ensuring seamless, high-performance experiences that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
As a Principal Software Engineer (React Native), you will serve as a hands-on technical leader, setting the standard for mobile excellence at PepsiCo. This role goes beyond coding; you will lead the architecture and development of high-performing mobile apps while actively mentoring other engineers and guiding technical decision-making across the team. You will partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver global solutions that solve real-world problems. A key part of your mission involves exploring and adopting emerging tools, such as AI copilots and agents, to streamline development workflows and boost overall productivity.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both technical depth and cultural fit. The journey typically includes an introductory conversation with the recruiting team, followed by a technical deep-dive into your engineering background and problem-solving approach. This is often complemented by a system design discussion and a final team fit interview to ensure alignment with our collaborative culture. Your recruiter will provide specific details and scheduling once you move forward in the process.
