About the Role

In this vital role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our technology strategy and mentoring a team of talented engineers. You will take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment, managing scope, risk, and timelines. This position requires a blend of hands-on development and strategic leadership, where you will contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology. You will be at the forefront of innovation, developing solutions using generative AI technologies and defining robust software architectures on the cloud (AWS preferred). Beyond technical execution, you will lead and motivate your team, conduct code reviews to ensure quality, and create comprehensive documentation on architecture, design, and operations. You will work closely with product, business, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
