We are seeking a Principal Quant Developer to join our Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team within Fidelity Asset Management Technology. This role is designed to partner closely with quant research and investments teams to design, build, enhance, and support a comprehensive portfolio optimization and back-testing ecosystem.
As a key member of the team, you will engage in hands-on development, collaborating directly with a group of software engineers and quantitative developers. Your work will focus on creating highly scalable, low-latency systems that drive critical investment strategies. Success in this position requires not only technical excellence but also the ability to capture requirements and formulate strategic plans by partnering with various stakeholders across the organization.
