Join the Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team within Fidelity Asset Management Technology. Our mission is to empower quant research and investment teams by designing, building, and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio optimization and back-testing ecosystem. As a Principal Quant Developer, you will serve as a critical bridge between quantitative research and software engineering. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in collaborative environments, working directly with a team of software engineers and quantitative developers to enhance our core infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting highly scalable, low-latency systems that drive critical investment decisions. Beyond coding, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to capture complex requirements, formulate strategic plans, and influence technical direction at all levels of Fidelity.
