You will join the Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team within Fidelity Asset Management Technology. Our mission is to empower quant research and investment teams by designing, building, and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio optimization and back-testing ecosystem. We operate at the intersection of advanced financial modeling and high-performance engineering, ensuring our platforms can handle industry-scale data with low latency.
As a Principal Quant Developer, you will serve as a bridge between complex quantitative strategies and robust software architecture. You will be responsible for architecting highly scalable systems and translating business requirements into technical solutions that influence decisions across the organization.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both technical depth and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by technical deep-dives into system architecture and optimization libraries, and concludes with a team fit discussion.
