About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to join a diverse group of professionals committed to remaining exceptional. You will plan, execute, and deliver nuclear analysis engagements for thermal hydraulic engineering and safety analysis, integrating multiple groups to achieve client satisfaction within budget and schedule requirements.

In this role, you will provide mentorship to junior and intermediate staff on specialized nuclear technical design and the engineering design process. You will also lead business development efforts, manage proposal processes for RFPs, EOIs, and RFQs, and expand Hatch's services for safety analysis. The role involves reviewing and approving technical deliverables while adhering to and promoting the Hatch culture.
