About the Team
The Enterprise Payments (EP) organization serves as the backbone of the Capital One ecosystem, managing all payment rails including debit, ACH, checks, and wires. This team is dedicated to evolving these critical infrastructure components through Operations, Strategy, and Governance functions.
About the Role
As the Principal Financial Analyst, you will serve as the lead financial partner for the Enterprise Payments organization. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships with an engaging customer group while providing high-level guidance to drive financial outcomes.
Your day-to-day will balance the rigor of business-as-usual financial management—overseeing a budget of fixed and variable expenses—with the agility of strategic influence. You will shepherd business cases forward, solve complex risks and opportunities, and partner closely with business leads to identify processes that drive efficiencies. Success in this role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for management.
