Global Patriot is seeking a Principal Engineer - 24/7 Ops Program IPTL to plan and execute the sustainment strategy for a fielded system. In this onsite role based in Tewksbury, MA, you will serve as a Lead, working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership, and Program Management teams. Your mission is to apply disciplined program management processes to establish and monitor metrics and trends, ensuring excellence in execution.
You will drive performance to cost and schedule targets, resolve issues regarding scope and budget, and develop roadmaps for sustainment activities. This position involves supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to achieve staffing demands, building long-term plans for LCE and LADS business models, and managing the Risk & Opportunity process. You will also lead proposal inputs, generate program tracking books, and provide support to the PMO for customer meetings and presentations. The role requires developing and delivering advanced, system-specific training and maintaining open communication with program and functional leads.
This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued SECRET security clearance on day one; U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations as part of our commitment to a secure hiring process.
