About the Team

Raytheon’s Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems (LSEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. We are accountable for program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. Our multi-disciplined teams manage a variety of engineering projects while maintaining a work-life balance, providing the resources necessary to drive development and sustainment activities for our Land and Naval-based electrical products.

About the Role

This position is an onsite role located in Tucson, Arizona, requiring an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret) on day one. As a U.S. citizen, you will lead electrical development for DVT integration, qualification, and Transition to Production (TTP) activities. You will serve as a technical leader, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure task execution and technical excellence within the team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional groups to address complex design, testing, and production challenges, while supporting design reviews, risk management, and supplier engagement. You will communicate critical results and technical data to leadership and customers, ensuring team resources align with program goals and deadlines. This role includes up to 25% travel and operates on a first-shift schedule.
