The Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector (NGAS) is seeking a Principal Contract Administrator Level 3 to join the Sustainment Operating Unit in Oklahoma City, OK. This role operates on a Hybrid 9/80 work schedule.
You will interface with external customers and internal business partners to conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration. Your work will involve examining proposal requirements and estimates, preparing bids, and analyzing terms and conditions to evaluate risk, accuracy, and completeness. You will ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
In this position, you will process contractual documentation and reports, advise management of contractual rights and obligations, and maintain historical information. You will facilitate proper shipment, billing, and payment collection for deliveries, interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or customers as required via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The role demands making timely decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
