The Team: Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS)
The ASDS strategic business unit specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Within ASDS, the Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Sub-SBU delivers information superiority from space, multi-mission automation, resilient operations, and secure data management.
About the Role
This onsite position in Aurora, CO, is designed for engineers who thrive on solving tough, meaningful problems. You will join a talented team of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for satellite ground systems.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of advanced software technologies and critical defense missions. You will gain exposure to multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice design, and modern DevSecOps techniques. Your work will directly impact command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning, scheduling, and spacecraft operations, contributing to the information superiority required for air, space, and missile defense missions.
