About the Role
As a Lead Analyst supporting the onboarding of Alternative Instruments in Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO), you will serve as a vital conduit between product delivery teams and stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure the firm meets the differentiated needs of Alternative fund structures while enabling the efficient functioning of this key line of business.
In this role, you will act as the primary interface between end users, product management, and the systems organization. You will interact daily with Alternative Investment Sponsors, clients, internal stakeholders, and legal/compliance teams. Beyond collaboration, you will develop a significant internal voice on behalf of the Alternative product set, influencing systems and architecture solution design based on complex requirements. You will lead initiatives with diverse scope and complexity, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and crafting tests that ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to end users.
