Over the past ten years, Constellation has invested more than $7.1 billion in capital across its nuclear fleet to support continued safe, reliable operations and long-term license extensions. Approximately $3.3 billion of that total has been invested in Illinois facilities. Looking ahead, Constellation is planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards. These efforts support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability.
Constellation offers an extensive selection of benefits and rewards to help employees thrive professionally and personally. We provide competitive compensation and a wide range of benefits that support both employees and their families. Eligible employees are offered a bonus program, a 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase program, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits including robust wellbeing programs, disability and life insurance benefits, and paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days.
