Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure contract administration and proper project closeout procedures
- check_circleCoach and mentor program managers and cross-functional support personnel
- check_circleManage detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget of assigned projects
- check_circleSecure stakeholder review and buy-in for intermediate and final deliverables
- check_circleDirect project teams and integrate all necessary resources
- check_circleProvide communication to NGG and site or corporate management regarding projects
- check_circleDevelop, evaluate, and recommend contracted services and materials
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR Associate's degree in a business-related field with 10 years of related experience OR High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
- verifiedExperience managing projects
- verifiedProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or management experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
